Non-Residential Construction “soared” 32% in Oct 2015

According to Dodge Data & Analytics, while overall construction starts rose 13% from September, non-residential projects spiked 32% in October to $200.7 billion. Office and building construction also jumped 45%. Residential starts rose a healthy 9%, to an annual rate of $260.3 billion.
